With the arrival of spring, spirits are lifted, the sun is shining more often and for longer periods, everything is slowly beginning to bloom, and our projects are also growing and thriving. This is certainly the case with our housing project BELLAVISTA on Gemeindeberggasse, everything is on track for completion. The final minor touches are being made, such as laying gravel on the roofs, installing meters, planting lavender, and finishing the shafts. Spring cleaning with a twist 😉

CUUBUUS is expanding its team
All signs point to growth… We are very pleased to have welcomed two wonderful new colleagues, Ben Lehner and Serap Kaya-Firat, to our architecture team. Not only are they already fully immersed and actively involved in our project planning, but they’ve also fully integrated into the team on a personal level—it feels as though they’ve always been here.
