It’s not just sunshine, ice cream, and balmy summer evenings that bring us joy—the completion of a project can also put a smile on our faces. After about two years of construction, the big moment finally arrived this month: Our new residential building, BLISS , located in beautiful Döbling at the corner of Billrothstraße and Obkirchergasse, was completed. Incidentally, all 15 apartments—the first of which are already occupied—had been sold even before the project was officially completed.
One detail that makes this project so special: the preservation of the Stöger stationery store, which has been located here since 1925. “Keeping the long-standing Stöger stationery store on the ground floor was an important part of our planning from the very beginning. We are very pleased that it will now be able to reopen its doors to customers this summer, just in time for the start of the school year. “, said our CFO, Harald Jessl, in an interview with the press.
The well-known actress and “longtime Döbling resident” Barbara Wussow also stopped by for the opening.
“I’ve known the Stöger stationery store for decades, and I’m absolutely delighted that the store has been able to remain at this location. It’s a significant improvement over before—much more modern now. The entire complex blends beautifully into the neighborhood and, as a sort of ‘landmark building,’ contributes significantly to the revitalization of our entire district.” “, said Wussow.
