Construction Progress: A Fresh Start
Now that the demolition work has been completed, the entire floor is currently in the
structural shell stage.
All existing interior walls and office structures have been removed, laying the groundwork for the
new floor plan.
Work is currently in full swing—from the technical infrastructure to the installation
of new systems and the preparation of future space concepts.
Every day, the construction site is a hive of activity: tradespeople, site managers, and
architects are working together to transform the former office spaces into a place with
