With the first apartment handovers, the construction phase of our BELLAVISTA residential project is slowly coming to a close. Now begins the exciting time for buyers and owners to furnish, decorate, and “turn their apartment into a personal living space.”
This month, as part of an expert discussion with Design Deluxe magazine, we discussed how we, as project developers, take optimal floor plans and efficient furnishing options into account right from the planning stage, and who can provide helpful guidance on innovative spatial concepts.
