As part of our revitalization project on Obere Donaustraße, our second model apartment was recently completed. In addition to the unit in the older building that has been available for some time, visitors can now also view a fully furnished apartment in the new building.
Being able to experience a space not just as a floor plan on sales brochures or as an empty shell during viewings, but actually stepping into a fully furnished “real” apartment with custom-made furniture and authentic finishes, conveys a completely different sense of home and well-being. The80m² model apartment in the existing building of our DAS ARTMANN project has been very popular for some time now. Now, a similar model apartment is also available in the new wing of our building on Obere Donaustraße. In collaboration with Hoflehner Interiors, a41-square-meter studio apartment has been furnished to a high standard and now invites visitors to see for themselves that, with thoughtful planning, impressive interior design and attractive living spaces are possible even in a small area.
Although this studio apartment is compact, it still offers everything your heart desires. The semi-open room divider creates a separate sleeping area, which is separated from the rest of the living space by a sliding door. This clearly divides the living areas according to their functions without compromising the open and airy character of the space.
The living area is thoughtfully designed and particularly impresses with its high-quality finishes. A functional yet stylish kitchen forms the centerpiece of the room and is complemented by a small dining area that invites you to linger and enjoy. Despite its limited square meters, the room feels extremely inviting and spacious thanks to clever planning and smart furniture choices.
