Rapid Construction Progress in 1020 — Of the 75 apartments in our striking brick building on Obere Donaustraße, many have already been completed. And every day, we’re delighted to see more units that will be handed over to their happy owners in just a few weeks.
In addition to the apartments in the old building and the new units in our “Tortenecken,” significant progress is also being made in the common areas: whether it’s the concierge desk in the entrance area, the beautiful railing of our Art Nouveau stairwell, or the design of the courtyard—every day, numerous people are hard at work here, from the basement to the attic, working flat out to complete our DAS ARTMANN project. —See for yourself:
