We celebrated another milestone yesterday with the topping-out ceremony for our residential construction project, DAS ARTMANN.
CUUBUUS & HAZET hosted a graduation celebration
Under bright sunshine and pleasant late-summer temperatures, our entire construction team, numerous partners, and a host of other distinguished and valued guests gathered on the second attic floor to celebrate the progress of the ARTMANN construction project in style.
The magnificent view—with the city center on the left and the Kahlenberg on the right—provided a visual feast, while food and drink, interesting conversations, and the background music all contributed to a wonderfully lively atmosphere.
Table soccer, darts, and the 360-degree video station provided great entertainment; even the dance floor was packed.
We’d like to take this opportunity to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire HAZET team, who have pulled out all the stops over the past few days to ensure that our spectacular celebrations can actually take place safely and comfortably—from fall protection measures to restroom facilities, window installation, sealing shafts, and leveling floors —the HAZET and CUUBUUS teams did a fantastic job here, ensuring that everything needed for such an event was in place by the big day. And then nothing stood in the way of the celebration 🙂

The “
” Project In an urban location in the 2nd district, between Augarten and downtown Vienna, a residential development featuring 75 high-quality condominiums is being built in the historic brick building at Obere Donaustraße 19: The standard floors feature apartments ranging from 41 m² to 132 m², while the top floors will include units ranging from 41 m² to 161 m², culminating in the four penthouses: two measuring 153 m² each (+ 85 m² terrace), and two with approximately 288 m² of living space each (+ 120 m² terrace). Most of the apartments facing the courtyard feature private outdoor spaces such as balconies or terraces.
In addition to the thoughtfully designed residential units and the building’s own underground parking garage, future residents can look forward to additional amenities such as fitness and wellness areas, guest lounges, office spaces, and a personal concierge service.
