CUUBUUS & Unionbau hosted a topping-out ceremony
Under bright sunshine and pleasant spring-like temperatures, our entire construction crew, numerous partners, neighbors and future residents, media representatives, and a host of other distinguished and valued guests gathered at Schafberg to celebrate this milestone in style.
The fantastic weather, the magnificent view, cool drinks, and culinary delights all contributed to the great atmosphere.
As soon as we arrived—and certainly by the time we took in the spectacular view—we could hear the occasional “WOOOOOWWWW!!!!” here and there.
(And, in all modesty, for our own projects 😉 ) We can only echo this enthusiasm: With HEAVENLY AM SCHAFBERG , our team of architects, led by DI Gernot Zuckerhut—who played a key role in the design and planning of this residential building—has once again proven that CUUBUUS stands for timeless architectural design and state-of-the-art building technology—both in the planning phase and in the actual implementation.
The two buildings blend beautifully into the surrounding area; the design of the entire complex and the floor plans of each individual residential unit are impressive, both in terms of design and the quality of construction.
This project was celebrated in style at yesterday’s topping-out ceremony. We would like to once again extend our heartfelt thanks to all our business and partnership partners, our construction crew, and our guests for the successful event.

Project The attractive new residential development HEAVENLY AM SCHAFBERG, located at Himmelmutterweg 23-25 in 1170, comprises 11 high-quality, spacious residential units. The project stands out for its quiet location, right next to the Schafberg and not far from the Pötzleinsdorf Castle Park.
