Ferdinand Theobald Artmann probably never would have imagined this—not only that the military complex he once built would be transformed into high-end residential space bearing his name, but also that it would go on to win an international architecture award. But that’s exactly what happened: DAS ARTMANN, our project behind the striking brick facade on Obere Donaustraße, won over the jury of the European Property Awards sponsored by LAUFEN in the category
“Architecture: Multi-Family Housing.”

Each year, the award honors companies from nine regions around the world for residential and
commercial real estate. The main categories are Architecture,
Development, Interior Design, and Real Estate. Nominees must impress an international
jury of more than 100 experts from a wide variety of fields.
“Awards like this allow us to gauge the standing of our work on an international level. The fact that we were able to impress a panel of industry peers and experts from around the world—
—shows us that we’re on the right track.” “, said Eduard Mair, founder and CEO of
CUUBUUS.
Together with CFO Harald Jessl, Mair traveled to London to accept the “
” award—and to take the opportunity to exchange ideas with the international
community. “It’s essential to always stay up to date with the latest industry developments—that’s why we value events like this so highly, ”said Jessl.

You can find all the information about the property, the apartments still available, the construction and finishing details, and, of course, the floor plans on our project website, DAS ARTMANN.
