Social, affordable, sustainable—the new intergenerational housing complex in Ebreichsdorf
People are usually reluctant to confront the fact that they are getting older. Yet we would do well to start thinking early on about how we’d like to spend our golden years. Not only is life expectancy rising, but so is the desire for a high quality of life well into old age. The mission of project developers like CUUBUUS is to address this demographic diversity and create housing solutions that foster harmonious coexistence.
The most recent example is SOLID #1, our intergenerational residential building in the heart of Ebreichsdorf. Its central location at Hauptplatz 7, the medieval Ebreichsdorf Castle with its beautiful castle park, a wide range of recreational activities, and first-class infrastructure—including local amenities, shops, and doctors—ensure a high quality of life.
