Ferdinand Theobald Artmann probably never would have imagined this\u2014not only that the military complex he once built would be transformed into high-end residential space bearing his name, but also that it would go on to win an international architecture award. But that\u2019s exactly what happened: DAS ARTMANN, our project behind the striking brick facade on Obere Donaustra\u00dfe, won over the jury of the European Property Awards<\/strong> sponsored by LAUFEN in the category <\/h3>\n\n

Each year, the award honors companies from nine regions around the world for residential andcommercial real estate. The main categories are Architecture,Development, Interior Design, and Real Estate. Nominees must impress an internationaljury of more than 100 experts from a wide variety of fields. <\/em> <\/p>\n\n

\u201cAwards like this allow us to gauge the standing of our work on an international level. The fact that we were able to impress a panel of industry peers and experts from around the world\u2014\u2014shows us that we\u2019re on the right track.\u201d <\/em>\u201c, said Eduard Mair, founder and CEO ofCUUBUUS.<\/p>\n\n

Together with CFO Harald Jessl, Mair traveled to London to accept the \u201c\u201d award\u2014and to take the opportunity to exchange ideas with the internationalcommunity. \u201cIt\u2019s essential to always stay up to date with the latest industry developments\u2014that\u2019s why we value events like this so highly<\/em>, \u201d<\/em>said Jessl.<\/p>\n\n
