Yet we would do well to start thinking early on about how we\u2019d like to spend our golden years. Not only is life expectancy rising, but so is the desire for a high quality of life well into old age. The mission of project developers like CUUBUUS is to address this demographic diversity and create housing solutions that foster harmonious coexistence.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>The most recent example is <strong>SOLID #1<\/strong>, our intergenerational residential building in the heart of Ebreichsdorf. Its central location at Hauptplatz 7, the medieval Ebreichsdorf Castle with its beautiful castle park, a wide range of recreational activities, and first-class infrastructure\u2014including local amenities, shops, and doctors\u2014ensure a high quality of life. Construction will be completed by summer, so interested parties should act quickly\u2014a few apartments are still available.
