{"id":7349,"date":"2022-09-30T12:34:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T10:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cuubuus.at\/september-press-roundup\/"},"modified":"2026-06-30T08:38:23","modified_gmt":"2026-06-30T06:38:23","slug":"september-press-roundup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cuubuus.at\/en\/september-press-roundup\/","title":{"rendered":"September Press Roundup"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Above all <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.das-artmann.at\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DAS ARTMANN<\/a><\/strong> enjoyed a gratifying amount of media coverage this month: For example, our project on Obere Donaustra\u00dfe was featured in the magazine <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aurum-magbook.com\/aktuelle-ausgabe.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">AURUM 999,9 <\/a><\/em> as one of the city\u2019s top 9 historic buildings that combine modern living comfort with historic charm.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our COO, Patrizia Hunter, explains how living spaces also reflect identity and how to meet the demands of an upscale clientele in the current fall issue of <a href=\"https:\/\/issuu.com\/ad_group\/docs\/design_de_luxe_issue_08_sep_2022\/154\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><em>Design Deluxe<\/em> <\/a>magazine.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, in addition to considerations of design and aesthetics, issues such as eco-friendly construction and sustainability are more important than ever in times like these. Especially when revitalizing an existing building like the ARTMANN, we, as project developers, naturally focus intensively on current developments in energy consumption and evaluate the construction project according to all ecological criteria. Demolition and new construction may often be the more economical solution\u2014but they are not the more sustainable one. To illustrate the scale of savings achieved through the reuse of existing properties, we calculated and compared two scenarios based on the ARTMANN.
