It\u2019s not just sunshine, ice cream, and balmy summer evenings that bring us joy\u2014the completion of a project can also put a smile on our faces. After about two years of construction, the big moment finally arrived this month: Our new residential building, BLISS <\/strong>, located in <\/strong>beautiful D\u00f6bling at the corner of Billrothstra\u00dfe and Obkirchergasse, was completed. Incidentally, all 15 apartments\u2014the first of which are already occupied\u2014had been sold even before the project was officially completed. <\/p>\n\n

One detail that makes this project so special: the preservation of the St\u00f6ger stationery store, which has been located here since 1925. \u201cKeeping the long-standing St\u00f6ger stationery store on the ground floor was an important part of our planning from the very beginning. We are very pleased that it will now be able to reopen its doors to customers this summer, just in time for the start of the school year. <\/em>\u201c, said our CFO, Harald Jessl, in an interview with the press.<\/p>\n\n

The well-known actress and \u201clongtime D\u00f6bling resident\u201d Barbara Wussow also stopped by for the opening.\u201cI\u2019ve known the St\u00f6ger stationery store for decades, and I\u2019m absolutely delighted that the store has been able to remain at this location. It\u2019s a significant improvement over before\u2014much more modern now. The entire complex blends beautifully into the neighborhood and, as a sort of \u2018landmark building,\u2019 contributes significantly to the revitalization of our entire district.\u201d <\/em>\u201c, said Wussow.<\/p>\n\n
